Overview: These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vorterek website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility: By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make purchases.

Product Information and Pricing: We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order if information is incorrect, including after an order has been submitted.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Vorterek. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Vorterek is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Confirmation: Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled. Vorterek is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after carrier delivery confirmation.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled. Vorterek is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or intercepted and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Returns and Refunds: All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error or failure to accept delivery, any refund will be processed only after the package is returned to us. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Customers agree to contact Vorterek directly to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a payment dispute. Legitimate disputes are handled in accordance with payment processor policies. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Product Use and Safety: Our products must be used as intended and according to any included instructions. Vorterek is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow instructions.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorterek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Force Majeure: Vorterek shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, customs delays, strikes, war, or government actions.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Vorterek and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec and Canada.
