REFUND, RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled.


Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@vorterek.com. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or intercepted. At that point, the package must be delivered and any refund must follow the return policy below.


Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Shipping time does not count toward the 30-day return period.


Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all accessories, components, manuals, cables, batteries, and any items that were included with the shipment. The product must be in like-new condition, meaning it has not been used beyond reasonable inspection and shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Returns that do not include original packaging or all included items are not eligible for a refund.


Return Authorization: Before sending any item back, you must contact us to obtain return authorization. To request a return, contact support@vorterek.com or call 514-587-3573 between 10 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time. You must provide your order number and the reason for the return. Photos or video may be required for damaged or defective items. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.


Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, insurance, customs fees, and any carrier charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees. Returned items must be clearly marked as returns to avoid additional customs charges.


Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the return is received. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. Items returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.


Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working, you may choose a replacement or a full refund once the item is returned. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery to qualify.


Non-Returnable Situations: Refunds may be denied if the item is returned without original packaging, missing components, shows signs of misuse or alteration, or is returned outside the 30-day window. Final sale or clearance items, where marked, are not eligible for return unless defective.


Policy Enforcement: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions of this policy. This policy forms part of your purchase agreement and is intended to provide a fair and transparent resolution process without limiting any consumer rights required by applicable law.
