SHIPPING POLICY

Overview: This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Vorterek.


Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods and Carriers: Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected by our fulfillment partners. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, availability, and logistics requirements.


Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery ranges may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.


Tracking Information: Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier and transit stage.


Shipping Delays: Vorterek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control once the order has been handed to the carrier.


Delivery Confirmation: Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the order is considered delivered and fulfilled. Vorterek is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery confirmation.


Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled. Vorterek is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages: If a package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable due to address errors, refusal, or failure to accept delivery, any reshipment or refund will be processed only after the package is returned to us. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.


Lost or Damaged Shipments: If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos or video may be required to process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
